Dianne Campton

I am a catalyst for improvement, supporting Boards, Executives and Managers in their efforts to always do better whether that be in health, safety, wellbeing, environmental or generally doing business. Systems must support how the business operates and be implemented in a way that works for those who need to meet the system requirements.

Dianne brings with her a wealth of experience

Every organization she has worked with, Dianne worked alongside, management, employees and unions to help them advance their health and safety management.

Dianne’s philosophy has always been people should be able to work in an environment that is healthy and safe.

Dianne combines health and safety leadership with quality, productivity and financial improvement in an integrated manner to ensure continuous improvement opportunities are not missed.

Dianne has worked in health, safety, environmental, quality and wellbeing for over 24 years in a wide range of industries.

Dianne used an innovative method of filming how work is done well across all aspects of the Vector Group. This included the CEO’s of the main contractors and Vector stating why good health and safety leadership was important to them. By using contractors and Vector staff in the video Dianne was able to achieve wider engagement by focusing on people getting it right, rather than showing up those who inadvertently made an error.
